Verify Your Company Domain
Your organisation proves ownership of its domain with a DNS record or a verification file in the .well-known area of its website. HR Omni checks that proof when an employee signs in and connects the work account to your organisation.
On the first successful login, HR Omni creates the global account when needed, creates the company user record and gives the employee access without a separate email invitation.
Keep HR Access Under Administrator Control
Single Sign-On confirms who the employee is. Built-in roles control what they can view or manage across employee records, Leave Management, Worklogs and Assets. Documents also uses access groups for private company spaces.
Administrators continue to set employment details, module access and roles in HR Omni. SSO user management and HR permissions stay with your HR administrators.
Pay per Verified Domain
Verified domain SSO costs €10 plus VAT per domain each month. Billing is prorated and charged the following month, with no per-user fee, minimum seat count or fixed term.
